Reader Response: Prediction of Long-term Cognitive Function After Minor Stroke Using Functional Connectivity

We read with great interest the recent article by Lopes et al.,1 in which the authors attempted to predict long-term cognitive functions after a minor stroke by evaluating connectivity through fMRI. The study reports accuracy in prediction at 36 months using the poststroke cognitive impairment network.1
