Reader Response: Novel Score for Stratifying Risk of Critical Care Needs in Patients With Intracerebral Hemorrhage

We read with interest the article by Faigle et al.1 and wish to comment on its applicability in clinical practice. The article presents a tool designed to identify patients with intracerebral hemorrhage who do not need admission to an intensive care unit (ICU). The tool should have a high positive likelihood ratio (PLR > 10) to identify this group of patients.2 We calculated the likelihood ratios from Table 4.
