Fatigable Swallowing in Myasthenia Gravis-Proposal of a Standardized Test and Report of a Case

imageMyasthenia gravis (MG) is clinically characterized by fatigable muscle weakness. Because dysphagia is a frequent and important symptom in patients with MG, an adequate diagnostic approach is mandatory. By reporting on a patient with mainly bulbar MG, the use of this new instrument is illustrated.
