The North Star Assessment for dysferlinopathy (NSAD) was developed to measure motor performance in ambulant and non-ambulant subjects as part of the clinical outcome study of dysferlinopathy. The clinical outcome study of dysferlinopathy is an international study evaluating 203 patients with genetically confirmed dysferlinopathy with the intention of improving trial readiness in dysferlinopathy.
